Each coaching session usually lasts between 45 - 60 minutes, depending on where the client is at in their life and in reaching their goals.
My signature process which we follow through each session consists of a few questions based around your current position and what your goals are, breaking the barriers that could be holding you back, working together in creating the next steps and more.
Each session is different for each client as they are all individuals with different goals. They can be as formal or informal as to what the client feels comfortable with.
Coaching sessions should be about getting clarity around your goals and what you want to achieve and creating a personalised plan which will help and support you in achieving your goals. Coaching is about closing the gap between your current state and your desired state.
A Health/Life Coach is for anyone who is wanting to make a change to a specific area of their health or life. There are endless areas Health and Life Coaches work with and in saying that, these are the areas I work with my clients on.

With my clients overseas, we meet via zoom
With my clients based in my local area, I provide the option for the sesssions to be run via either, Zoom, In-Person or via telephone.
With my clients based in other areas of Australia, we meet via zoom or telephone.
Sometimes I get the pleasure of meeting my long distance Australian clients when they come to visit my local area or if I am in their area, but this is totally up to my clients.
I offer a few different programs and I also work with my clients to create their personal program that is suited to their wants, needs and desires.

Short answer, I don't....
It is not up to me to recommend diets to my clients. If they want to try one, it is their own choice. I am happy to incorporate their diet into their program and support them where needed.
I have completed my Diploma in Nutrition but that does not give me the expertise to recommend nor tell people what they should eat.
What I can do is, provide nutritional advice based on the Australian Dietary Guidlines and also teach my clients all about nutiritonal benefits etc in foods and drinks. I can also refer you to a Dietitian to receive the most expert advice.
Everybodies body is different and some of us have different health issues, so if your GP or Dietitian recommends a diet for you, I do have certified diets here which we can incorporate into a program to help and support you in learning what to eat, how the diet works and even some great recipes to kickstart your new journey.
I have a range of packages and payment options available to cater to a variety of budgets. Contact me to discuss which option would better suit you.
